Phoenix Ketchum Parents: Ash and Misty
Age: 15 (wanted them older than 10)
Loves: firetype pokemon, food & swimming with mom.
Favorite pokemon: Charizard.
Goals: To beat her dad in the championships.
Went on her journey at age 13 since they changed the legal age for starting your pokemon journey. Phoenix and her best friend Chandler started the journey at the same time and chose their starter together.
Birth: She was born on the 21st of july, a very hot summer night. a few weeks after she was born ash and misty had a hard time agreeing on her name. Ash was training Charizard and charizard was not that happy about the new baby. She kept grabbing for his horns, and he was not amused. Ash had to keep her away from her to make sure he wouldn't roast her. Then one night after a long day of training, little baby Phoenix laid in her crib in her room and charizard heard a noice. It was one of the old bad teams Ash used to beat in battles. They were after the champions baby in order to ask for a ransom. Charizard saw the thieves steal the baby and at first were pleased to get rid of the pest. But slowly realized that the "pest" might not be so bad after all. He roared at the sky and started flying after them. He hit the airballoon making them fall to the ground, he then panicked realizing that the baby might get hurt, he then flew as fast as possible towards the balloon and caught the baby. Little Phoenix looked up on Charizard and smiled, which made Charizard have a warm happy feeling inside. He wanted to protect her! The balloon hit the ground and the airballoons gas tank exploded and a big forrest fire started. A little piece of metal hit charizards wing which made him slowly fall from the sky holding Phoenix thightly into his body to protect her from the fall. Back at the house Misty and Ash are panicking looking for their newly born daughter in the forrest. Ash then sees the smoke comming from a specific spot in the forrest. He ran as fast as he could bringing along a lot of flying and water pokemon. There were so much smoke that it was almost impossible to see anything, yet a load roar could be heard from inside the smoke. While the water pokemon were putting out the fire, Ash ran into the smoke with a scarf around his face to try not getting to much smoke inhaled. Misty is help back by some of the pokemon cause she is despirate to get into the smoke to help ash get their baby. Slowly Ash can be seen comming out from the smokescreen together with Charizard that are injured, and holding their little baby. After all the worries the little baby girl look up laughing upon Charizard and said a little "char!" And charizard looked surprised but happy. Misty then looked at Ash and said, "So, she came out safe from the fire and ashes.. how about little Phoenix?" And Ash agreed that would be perfect.

Well after being disappointed that she couldn't get a Charmander as her first starter, but she did fall in love with the firestarter (my fakemon starter) Ignirrel.
They have gotten almost a bond as strong as her father and his pikachu
